ANDREA BEATTY

Andrea Beatty graduated from San Diego State University in 2017 with a degree in Social Science, emphasis in Sociology. She received her ABA approved paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego in 2018, and a Legal Technology Certificate from the National Society for Legal Technology. Before joining the team at Wirtz Law she completed internships at the Law Office of Edward Orendain and The San Diego Public Defenders, Juvenile Division.  

Since joining Wirtz Law APC in 2018, her work has focused on Lemon Law, Fraud, and other actions based on California’s consumer protection statutes. She has worked on all stages of litigation through trial as well as cases in private arbitration and the court of appeals.

Andrea is currently enrolled in UCSD’s Extended Studies Spanish Language Program working on obtaining her Professional Spanish Certificate. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, going to Disneyland and learning to golf.
