BAILEY JONES ARIAS

Bailey Jones Arias is an Associate Trial Attorney with Wirtz Law APC, where she represents consumers across California in lemon law cases. She is dedicated to achieving justice for her clients and works diligently to secure fair resolutions against major automobile manufacturers.

Before joining Wirtz Law, Ms. Arias practiced commercial real estate law for three years, gaining extensive experience in complex contract negotiation, property transactions, and client advocacy. Her background in transactional law provides her with a strong foundation for navigating the detailed and high-stakes nature of consumer protection cases.

Ms. Arias earned her Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas, in 2020. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in English from Texas A&M University in 2017.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Arias enjoys spending time at the beach and expanding her growing collection of cookbooks.
