NICOLE PARKS

Nicole Parks is a Law Clerk for Wirtz Law, APC. She graduated in three years from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a double major in Political Science and Comparative Literature in 2021. After graduation, Nicole worked as a workers’ compensation paralegal in Santa Barbara. Nicole has interned for the ABA’s ICE Detainee Hotline and for an immigration firm in Del Mar.

Currently, Nicole is pursuing her Juris Doctorate at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she plans events for the OWLS student organization, volunteers as a Law Peer Mentor for 1Ls, and competes on USD’s National Moot Court Team. Nicole won first place team and second place brief at the 2023 Alumni Torts Moot Court Tournament. In the summer of 2023, Nicole studied abroad in Madrid, Spain and externed for the Honorable Judge Andrew Schopler.
