Danielle Viviani
Danielle Viviani graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Political Science and Data Analytics, where she was a three-time Most Valuable Player of the school’s Women’s Lacrosse Team. While completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Viviani attended UC San Diego’s ABA-Approved Paralegal Program, graduating in June 2020. Ms. Viviani was hired by my office as a File Clerk in May 2019, and then as a Paralegal in June 2021. Ms. Viviani specializes in post-resolution proceedings and coordinates the completion of our cases.
Prior to joining Wirtz Law full-time, Ms. Viviani interned at a Family Law Office, held several positions related to political campaign management, and served as UC San Diego’s undergraduate and graduate student government Elections Manager. Her work as the Elections Manager resulted in the highest voter turnout in over a decade at the University, in which the student body successfully passed a referendum to increase funding to their Mental Health Services. She enjoys her work at Wirtz Law APC because of the ability to ensure California Consumers have the best possible representation against major manufacturers.
Ms. Viviani spends her time outside of the office coaching High School Girls’ Lacrosse, where she offers study-hall and tutoring assistance for players. Her passion for coaching was recently recognized as she was awarded the 2022 Coach of the Year Award for a local High School District. An equal passion for her is her two-year old German-Shephard-Husky mix rescue Katara.
