Terry Hellenkamp received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University (B.A., 1982) and his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego (J.D., 1986). He is a member of the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Mr. Hellenkamp is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association (Member, Speaker's Committee) and the North San Diego County Bar Association, the North County Voluntary Settlement Panel, the San Diego Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He has been a Program Committee Member for the Lawyers Club (1992) and a member of the Community Associations Institute (1992) as well as a member of the Board of Directors, Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hellenkamp was a partner with the law firm of Kolodny & Pressman. Mr. Hellenkamp brought to the firm his extensive trial experience in business litigation; real estate litigation; insurance coverage; bad faith litigation; construction defects; antitrust and trade regulation; and telecommunications law.
