Dr. Joyce and her company, Research Results, have provided human resources consulting services to Wirtz Hellenkamp LLP and the firm’s clients since 1995.  Dr. Joyce received her undergraduate degree from Knox College (B.A., 1984), her Masters of Science in Industrial Relations from Loyola University, Chicago (M.S.I.R, 1986) and Doctorate in Higher Education from the University of California, Los Angeles (Ph.D., 2000).  Dr. Joyce was the former Director of Human Resources and Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies for The Scripps Research Institute where she worked for ten years and still provides consulting services.

Dr. Joyce has worked in the biomedical field, healthcare industry, educational field, manufacturing industry, and services field.  Her experiences have also included working with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).  Representative clients include: The Scripps Research Institute, UCLA, Scripps Clinic, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Schwinn Bicycle Company, Financial Brokers, and a large plant nursery.
